Professional training in Ukrainian higher education institutions is primarily focused on strengthening the creative potential of future educators, as it promotes their professional and personal growth, well comprehensive outcome students’ abilities. Therefore, purpose this article to outline pedagogical experience enlarging process institutions. Another aim ascertain concepts “creative process”, “creativity”, skills” up-to-date discourse. It a point discussion that literature term “kreatyvnist” (“creativity”) dominates over “tvorchist” (“creative process”). Creative abilities are interpreted combination inner human traits emerge activity resulting innovation. integrates mechanism generating something new via cognition, while ability reveals itself responding non-standard situations when future-to-be teacher’s skills emerge. discourse presents an urgent need be manager self-improvement based cognitive activity. Moreover, two aspects tend crucial for implementation work Ukraine. Firstly, promotion self-development; secondly, stimulation unique techniques managing similar activities within framework.
